Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of forexcb.com (the "Service") operated by the ForexCB team ("we", "us"). They apply to all users of the Service ("you", "User").

2. Service

1. The Service provides cashback (rebate) on trades executed at supported forex brokers (Exness and HFM).
2. Cashback is provided by sharing a portion of the commission ForexCB receives as an Introducing Broker (IB). The Service uses an auto-rebate mechanism.
3. ForexCB never holds user funds. Cashback is credited directly to your trading account by the broker.
4. Cashback rates depend on the broker, account type, and instrument. Published rates are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

4. Account registration

1. Some features require an account registration.
2. You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
3. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
4. Each user may only create one account.
5. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
   • breach these Terms;
   • attempt to obtain cashback by improper means;
   • provide false information; or
   • otherwise behave in a way we deem harmful to the Service.

5. Linked accounts and cashback

1. To earn cashback, you must register a broker account that was opened via our IB link or otherwise linked to ForexCB.
2. We verify submitted broker accounts. Exness accounts are verified automatically via API; other brokers may take up to one business day.
3. Cashback amount and timing follow each broker's rebate payment rules.
4. The following trades may be excluded from cashback:
   • trades held for less than the broker's minimum holding time;
   • trades executed using bonus credit only;
   • trades flagged by the broker as rebate-ineligible; or
   • trades deemed fraudulent.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• register with false information;
• use someone else's account;
• obtain cashback by improper means (e.g. arbitrage hedging across accounts);
• overload our systems;
• copy or republish our content without permission;
• act contrary to applicable laws or public policy; or
• otherwise behave in a way we reasonably deem inappropriate.

7. Disclaimers

1. The Service exists to provide information and cashback. It does not provide investment advice or solicit financial products.
2. Forex trading carries risk. All trading profits and losses are solely your responsibility.
3. We take reasonable care with information published on the Service (cashback rates, spreads, etc.) but do not warrant it to be complete or accurate.
4. Cashback rates and conditions may change due to broker-side decisions (rule changes, service interruption, etc.).
5. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
6. ForexCB is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All content included in the Service (text, images, design, logos, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of ForexCB or its rightful owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish it without our prior written permission.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the Service, or terminate it entirely, without prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from such changes or termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForexCB operates. Any disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussion between you and us.
