ForexCB uses an auto-rebate cashback system, so we never hold your funds. We do not collect any banking information, credit card details, or other payment credentials.

• Verifying that broker accounts are linked to our Introducing Broker (IB) partnership

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your consent
• Where necessary to provide the cashback service, to verify the account link with our partner brokers (Exness, HFM, XS.com, TitanFX, Axi)

• Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property

5. Use of External Services

We use the following external services:

• Supabase — Member authentication and database management
• Vercel — Site hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS management and security
• Google Analytics — Uses cookies to measure site usage for traffic analysis
• Anthropic (Claude API) — When you use the support chat feature, or when we generate a draft reply to your support ticket inquiry, your input is sent to Anthropic's AI API to generate a response

6. Use of Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management — specifically, to keep you logged in and to store the tokens required for user authentication.

If you arrive at the Site via a referral link from our referral program, we also store a cookie (named kfx_ref, retained for up to 30 days) to identify the referral source. This cookie is used solely to attribute referrals and is never used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties. See the Terms of Service for details.

We also use cookies for traffic analysis via Google Analytics. These are used to understand site usage (pages viewed, time on page, etc.) and are not active on the admin panel or dashboard (under /admin or /dashboard).

We do not use cookies for advertising tracking or marketing purposes.

You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent some features, such as login, from working correctly.

7. Data Management and Security

We take appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or tampering of the personal information we collect. Passwords are stored as hashes, and all communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS.

8. Data Retention Periods

We retain the personal information we collect for the following periods:

• Member account information (email address, display name) ― For as long as the account is active, plus up to 90 days after account closure (a grace period for accidental-deletion recovery). Data is permanently erased once the grace period elapses.
• Broker account numbers and account types ― For as long as the account is active. Erased, along with the corresponding cashback data, upon account closure or account de-registration.
• Trade history and cashback history ― May be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax record-keeping obligations.
• Access logs and cookies ― Up to 6 months from collection.
• Support inquiry history ― Up to 2 years after the inquiry is resolved.

Information that we are legally required to retain will be kept until that obligation no longer applies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information
• Request that your account be deleted
• Opt out of marketing notifications

You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time from the dashboard's settings page. For other requests — such as disclosure, correction, or opting out of marketing — please contact us at the address below. We typically respond within 30 days of your request.

10. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page. We may also notify you by email or other means for material changes.
