Why Your HFM Cashback Hasn't Shown Up: Common Causes

HFM cashback isn't always credited the same day you trade. Knowing how the timing works and which trades are excluded makes it much easier to figure out why cashback seems to be missing.
Reason 1: The crediting threshold hasn't been reached yet
HFM cashback uses an auto-rebate system. Once your accumulated balance reaches $1 or more, it is automatically credited to your trading account around 23:00–00:00 UTC (at the end of each trading day). Below $1, the balance simply carries over to the following day. Not seeing cashback right after a trade is expected behavior, not a problem.
* For HFcopy follower accounts, the rebate is credited to your myHF wallet account instead of your trading account.
Reason 2: The trade falls under an excluded category
The following types of trades do not qualify for cashback:
- Trades held for under 2 minutes from open to close
- Trades that use only bonus (credit) funds as margin
- The bonus-funded portion of trades that use a mix of your own funds and bonus funds
Only trades made with your own funds and held for 2 minutes or longer qualify for cashback. You can check your trade history on the dashboard to see whether any trades were excluded.
Reason 3: Account verification or linking isn't complete
Only accounts opened through ForexCB, or accounts with campaign ID "i6cskmuqca" set correctly, are eligible for cashback. On top of that, you also need to register the account number on your ForexCB dashboard and complete verification.
If you forgot to enter the campaign ID when opening the account, or if the account registration on your dashboard is still incomplete, cashback will not be generated even if you trade. Check the "Register Account" screen on your dashboard to confirm the account has been approved.

Why don't trades closed in under 2 minutes earn cashback?
HFM excludes trades held for under 2 minutes from open to close from cashback eligibility. If you're repeatedly closing positions within a very short window, those trades will not earn cashback.
Do trades using bonus (credit) funds earn cashback?
Trades made with only bonus funds from a Top-Up Bonus account do not earn cashback. When a trade uses a mix of your own funds and bonus funds, the bonus-funded portion is excluded — only the portion backed by your own funds earns cashback.
I opened an account but cashback isn't showing up. What should I check?
First, confirm the account was opened through ForexCB, or that it has campaign ID "i6cskmuqca" set correctly. Next, check whether you've registered and verified the account number on your ForexCB dashboard. If the account isn't linked yet, cashback will not be generated even if you trade.
