When does Exness cashback get credited?
With the auto-rebate system, cashback is typically credited to your trading account around 03:00–06:00 UTC the next day. Trade data on the dashboard is also synced by the next business day as a rule. Exness-side maintenance can occasionally delay this.
Are there cases where an account doesn't qualify for cashback?
Yes. An Exness account opened through a referral agent's (referral partner's) link can't be set up for our rebate, due to how Exness's system works — this includes any additional account opened under the same Exness account. It has no effect on trading itself. If you're not sure whether this applies to you, contact our support team.
How do I withdraw my cashback?
Exness cashback uses auto-rebate: it's credited directly to your trading account, so there's no separate withdrawal step on our side. Once it's credited, you can withdraw it anytime through Exness's normal withdrawal process (minimum withdrawal is from $1).
