How to Earn Cashback on an Existing Exness Account (Can You Change IB?)

Open a new Exness account with an email address different from the one you already use, through our referral link. An account opened this way is automatically cashback-eligible and typically becomes active the same day your identity verification is complete. Registering the account number on our site is verified automatically too — the steps are exactly the same as the "new users" flow on the Exness page. You can also register using your current email address with a + and any characters added (e.g. name+fx@gmail.com) — the new account will need to submit identity verification documents again.
Option 2: Change IB on your existing account
Exness provides an official "IB change" process for switching your partner (IB) within an existing account — something XMTrading does not allow. However, the account you already have does not become eligible for cashback retroactively, even after the IB change. Opening a new additional account after the IB change is what makes that account eligible. The IB change itself can take up to about 3 days to take effect.
Steps for Option 2: changing your IB
Create a free ForexCB account

Open the IB change form via live chat
Log in to your Exness Personal Area and open live chat. On desktop, click the chat button in the bottom-right corner; on mobile, open the menu in the top-left corner and select "Live Chat." Type "IB change" in the chat and a link to the change form will appear.
Fill in the form
Enter the following in the "New partner link or partner wallet number" field.
Open an additional account once the IB change is complete
Once the IB change takes effect, open an additional account from your Exness client area. Only accounts opened after the IB change are eligible for cashback.
